To hell with my diet, I can run around the island.

Now, when we’re talking “food,” does that mean just solid edibles or are drinks included?  I ask because my breakfast choice needs milk, and I don’t want it to count against me.

  1. Slim-Fast shake powder in Rich Chocolate Royale
  2. 2% milk
  3. Pizza (two different kinds; pepperoni and spinach/artichoke/tomato/mushroom)
  4. Salad (Mixed greens, spinach, tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, croutons, chicken, and Caesar dressing)
  5. STARBUCKS (7 pump mocha frappuccino with extra whipped cream and mocha drizzle)

Now, if the milk doesn’t count as a food, but otherwise can be included with the Slim-Fast powder as one whole item, I would like to put in its place the chocolate frosted Devil’s food cake donuts at Intown Donutz about 1/2 a mile from my house. They’re so good, it’s sinful.  Aside from the Slim-Fast shake and possibly the salad, none of that is particularly health food, but I figure if I’m stranded or held captive on a deserted island, I’m going to need to find ways to keep busy, and exercise can be one of them.  I’ll work off whatever I eat.
