As is our usual custom on Sundays when the weather is decent, my sister and I went for an afternoon jaunt, this time to Oak Hollow Lake in High Point. We were at the North Overlook, and to call it beautiful would be underselling it. The sky was bright blue with nary a cloud to be seen, the breeze was cool and refreshing, and the temperature was a delightful 75°. We really are spoiled here, as there is no shortage of fun, free things to do to spend a few hours on the weekend. Neither of us have a lot, if any, money to spend, so afternoons like this are absolutely perfect.
