Have you ever sometimes thought something was happening, and you reacted to what you thought that something was, only to find out later that you were wrong…that’s not what was happening? Yeah. We’ve all done it, and there’s a reason it’s a popular cautionary tale in music. Someone thinks they hear or see something, they get all angry/upset, then they end up with egg on their face when they find out they had it all wrong. Such is the story in the song below. Also, make sure you know your girlfriend/boyfriend’s address. That way you don’t make the same mistake the narrator did.
